I love the 4th of July. It is one of my favorite holidays. Although we couldn't be home to celebrate with our families, we still tried to make the most of it. Bridger had to work all day so I planned to take Mia to the parade, petting zoo and carnival. Due to the weather conditions we only made it to the parade. We sat under the umbrella and watched the parade; nothing like the ones at home, but it was entertaining enough for Mia. We were rained in for the rest of the day. Feeling pretty bummed we tried to entertain ourselves in the apartment; which always proves to be a difficult task, but I think we had fun (hence the messy shirt and dirty glass door). That night Bridger made it home about an hour early. Yay! We ate pizza and then took Mia over to the Carnival where we watched fireworks. Once again she somehow managed to sleep right through them. I however; thoroughly enjoyed them. Afterwards we walked to 7-11 where we ended the night with an ice cream bar. I have some more pictures of our night time events but I'm having a difficult time getting them to post. So, this post is to be continued...

Thanks Mom for the package and the CUTE outfits!! Thank you for always thinking of us. We love you!!
